Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Item must be returned within the specified timeframe

2. Return Timeframe
Standard Returns: 7 days from the date of delivery
Defective Items: 7 days from the date of delivery

Returns requested after these periods may be accepted at our discretion or may be subject to a restocking fee.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Contact our support team with your order number
- Provide reason for return and photos (for damaged items)
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship the item to our returns address
- Request a Return

4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return:

- We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- You will receive a notification of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Digital products (software, e-books, gift cards)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged due to misuse

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: order number, photos of the damage, and description of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Return Shipping Costs
- Returns for change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Returns for defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping
- We recommend using tracked shipping for returns
- We are not responsible for lost return packages

8. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive your exchange item as quickly as possible.
